My work at CommBank is currently under NDA :(

While I’m currently unable to share my work at CommBank, here is a brief idea of what I do everyday:

  • Modernise staff digital environments to meet financial compliance practices and enhance our staff’s ability to handle complex customer data

  • Actualise our digital-first initiatives by designing projects that translate paper-practices to digital and online capabilities, working across multiple agile squads

  • Enhance niche features as part of new, accessible experiences for our Retail and Business Banking customers (using “Honeycomb” customer design system)

  • Advocate for UX Research engagement early and often, to ensure my designs are data driven and support our customer and staff voices

  • Running stakeholder workshops including empathy mapping and problem space workshops, to educate and co-create problem-first approaches to digital initiatives

  • Drive Staff experience design awareness across our design chapter by facilitating cross-department huddles, and working to maintain our “Enterprise Design System” (all design systems are at least W2AA accessibility rated)

  • Mentor and support new designers in our Experience chapter so they can get acquainted with our ways of working and team culture.
